Vee, full name Vee Version 1, is one of the 32 playable Toons in Dandy's World, added on June 14th, 2024. She is one of the 7 playable Main Characters and can be purchased in Dandy's Store.
Appearance
Vee is a pistachio green TV with a black screen. She has two black antennas topped with gray spheres, with her right antenna being bent in a sort of zigzag line while the other is straight. Her facial features are lime green with a confident smirk on her face. Her torso is the same color as her TV head, while her bow tie is a slightly more vivid shade of lime green. Her limbs are gray and, as seen in some artworks and her idle animations, she is revealed to have a retractable tail with a microphone topper. The microphone has a dark green handle with a gray grill. During Blackouts, she gives off a green glow. When hit by a twisted, a blue error screen appears on her, which her glow and attacked face changes depending on what skin she's wearing.
Personality
Vee is a straightforward Toon who sometimes acts arrogant and shows off her superiority, as seen in some of her dialogues and interactions. She subtly shows some dislike towards Dandy in some of her dialogues. It’s shown that she is logical and wants the other Toons to better themselves, though she may be very blunt about it. She also seems to not express much emotion other than being unamused for the most part, yet showing confidence. She has trouble complimenting others without coming off as backhanded, as shown in one of her interactions with
Brightney. She also seems to tend to have a dismissive nature when she interacts with most Toons. Despite acting arrogant, she shows a soft spot for
Astro, being even a bit protective towards him, as seen in her interactions with Astro and
Rodger.
Though Vee comes off as straightforward and blunt, she hints that she cares for the other Toons and wants the best for them. It's also implied that her rudeness is unintentional.

Mastery Strategies
- For the first task, you could just put
Sweet Charm and/or
Ghost Snakes In A Can to shorten her ability cooldown and use her ability a lot more often.
- For the second through fifth tasks, you can go on multiple runs (solo/team runs), complete machines using Extraction Trinkets such as
Vee's Remote,
Magnifying Glass, and/or
Participation Award, whilst picking up as many Items possible.
- For the sixth task, you could simply put on Movement Speed Trinkets such as
Pink Bow and/or
Speedy Shoes and run around the floor as much as possible. However, like all distance-related quests, you could instead use
Clown Horn in a solo run and simply never progress past Floor 1.
Strategies
Although Toons with 5 Skill Check like
Shelly or
Gigi may actually out-speed her if lucky, Vee is the Toon with the best extraction potential in the game, having 4 Star Skill Check and 5 Star Extraction Speed. However, those powered stats come at the cost of being one of the worst at escaping Twisteds as she possesses below-average Stealth but worse still, below-average Movement Speed.
Glisten can fill in for Vee as a safer alternative, as Glisten's 5 Star Extraction Speed will also make him a viable option if you're looking to play Survivalist/Extractor rather than Supporter/Extractor and can handle Glisten's 2 Star Skill Check in comparison to Vee's 4 Stars. You can choose
Yatta for an exclusive alternative, as Yatta's 3 Star Skill Check would be better than an Extractor with only 2 Stars in Skill Check and excellent at your playstyle with her high extraction speed.
Brightney also plays similarly to Vee, sharing many strengths.
It is recommended to use Mic Check to plan out the safest route to Machines highlighted by Camera Hijack. Even then, Mic Check's cooldown will make this unreliable, although it does grant other Toons helpful information in the process.
Vee is best used on a team or when there are other players working to distract the Twisteds. Her extremely high Extraction Speed allows the group to complete floors much more quickly, provided she's alive to make use of it. Supports like Goob and
Astro can greatly increase her survival time through distracting or helping her out of danger. Vee can use Mic Check to help her teammates in return, granting valuable information.
Mic Check is best used at the beginning of a Floor to alert your team to Twisted locations and types, but has other benefits. Here are some tips for using it:
- Be aware that on lower graphics settings players may not be able to see highlighted Twisteds that are far away or they may simply not be paying attention, so it's good to make it your responsibility to call them out to teammates if any of
Twisted Razzle & Dazzle, Ranged Twisteds, Main Twisteds, or even new Twisteds (as teammates may want research) are present. Twisted Vee will immediately add pop-ups to all players' screens, so she's self-evident while Shelly's effects and Mains' sound effects can be easier to miss. Take note of the number of Twisteds- if one seems to be missing, it's very possible
Twisted Rodger is present; he should be called out as well. In R&D and Rodger's cases, even if you don't feel threatened by them, simply knowing they're present helps the Distractor know that there's one less Twisted to collect.
- Using Mic Check well can be tricky. Use it when in dead ends/other situations where your survivability is greatly boosted by knowing who's near. It can be used to alert teammates to the fact that you're/another teammate is being chased or that Twisteds are drawing near them or the Elevator during Panic Mode. Use Mic Check if you notice your Distractor hasn't gotten all of the Twisteds yet (if they can handle all of them) or if someone is struggling to get encounter research. It has many applications, but remember that using it at the beginning of Floors is your second priority, the first being getting to the next Floor in the first place. Try to save it, but don't sweat it if your usage saves someone's HP.
Camera Hijack also has a variety of strategies despite being simpler:
- As it highlights the nearest uncompleted Machine in white if another player is currently extracting it and in green if not, it can be used to tell if other players should GTE (Get To Elevator). The highlight also shows how much completion is on said Machine, so Vees can additionally easily GTE early and let Distractors know slightly ahead of time when Panic Mode is about to start. They can let players know if the last Machine is at the Elevator as well.
- Since Camera Hijack shows Machines through walls, a good understanding of Machine locations and map layouts helps Vee players take full advantage of the ability.
- It prevents teams with her on them from spending excessive amounts of time hunting for the last Machine (it will always be highlighted), which is a nice bonus. On large Floors, this is a great help.
- Do not immediately run for the closest Machine- your Stealth and Movement Speed will get you hurt and you will lose focus on hunting Items that Vee requires. If you don't know the map well, you might also reach a dead end. Don't compete with teammates to reach it- you're simply wasting valuable Stamina. Do recognize that if the highlighted Machine is very far away, that indicates there are no closer Machines. Mentally note this so you know which rooms to enter and which are a larger waste of time- direct teammates in the right direction if this occurs with many Machines remaining.
- Completed Machines
Twisted Connie is possessing are not highlighted by Camera Hijack. This information helps Vee avoid taking damage from her and chasing red lights for no reason.
A general survival tip for Vee is, before extracting a machine, take note of nearby islands/escape routes, then extract. If a Twisted appears and sees you, immediately use the route and lose interest. This tip may seem like common sense, but many players do not implement the basics and Vee desperately requires them.
In terms of Items, Vee should mainly focus on items that help her stay alive. As a Main Character, Vee should prioritize Bandages over
Health Kits so the extra healing isn't wasted, unless if Vee is solo, it's only Main Characters (where Health Kits should be taken as well), or in other scenarios where the healing is not needed more/will cover more ground elsewhere. Stamina-restoring items are also a big help to Vee, as her Stamina is average, and she'll need to sprint often to combat her low Movement Speed.
Box O' Chocolates is a particularly good item for Vee to take as it allows her to escape from the several Twisteds that can catch her even while running. Try to carry at least one Stamina item and Movement Speed items where possible. Items like
Jumper Cables pose a threat to Vee unless used immediately or you're aware of other factors, so these should be avoided where beneficial.
Despite her 2 Star Movement Speed, Vee is somewhat viable for solo runs. Her Stealth is not a large issue during them and she can hog every item to partially help with her Movement Speed, so her strengths result in extreme proficiency. Her benefits in solo runs include knowing which Twisteds are present and where, knowing where Machines are, being extremely fast at completing Machines, and glowing during Blackouts. If used well and patiently, she is a great character for solo runs even to Floor 20+.
Trinket Combinations
Vee has a lot of good Trinket combinations. Some of them include:
Survival
Pink Bow/Options
- This Trinket enables Vee to outrun all twisteds but Pebble before Panic Mode (24.2 run speed). Here are some options to pair Pink Bow with.
Speedy Shoes, to outrun Twisted Pebble before Panic Mode (25.4 run speed);
Vanity Mirror, to outrun every twisted during Panic Mode (31.4 run speed);
Magnifying Glass,
Participation Award or
Vee's Remote, to help with floor progression; etc.

Extraction
Magnifying Glass/
Participation Award
- This set speeds up machine completion by maximizing Skill Check extraction making her the undisputed fastest extractor, but it's best used in the presence of a distractor.
Others
Diary/Any
- If you have a 2 star Stealth kiter on your team, this trinket is useful as to not be a hindrance to them. However, since using Diary on this Toon does not make their Stealth stat higher than Toons such as
Pebble, it is not recommended to be used outside of the previously mentioned condition.

![]() |
I don't need to prove that sort of thing to anyone!
![]() |
...Hm, well, If that's what you've decided, can't say I agree.
![]() |
I hope you'll be able to understand someday then!
Goob (2) | ![]() |
Vee, what's it like knowing so much? |

![]() |
Right, you could just... come talk to me?

Shelly (2) | ![]() |

![]() |
You're still calling me that?!
![]() |
You're a berry, you're a boy.
![]() |
Alright Outdated-tech.
![]() |
... -Sheesh. | |
![]() |
Sorry, that one was probably a bit far.
Sprout (2) | ![]() |
You still arguing with Dandy? |
![]() |
I try to, but he just walks away when I approach most the time.
![]() |
Yeah that sounds about right, he does the same to me.
![]() |
Yeah but he'll talk with-
![]() |
Vee. I know. | |
![]() |
Whatever, we'll chat more on it later if you want.
Teagan | ![]() |
Vee you could try to be a tad kinder. |
![]() |
Kinder? You're acting like I'm rude or something.
![]() |
Well... sometimes you come off a bit, how do I put it-
![]() |
... | |
![]() |
-A bit harsh? | |
![]() |
...I don't think so. | |
Teagan (2) | ![]() |
Teagan. |
![]() |
Vee? | |
![]() |
I’m trying to start conversation, but honestly, I don’t care about tea.
![]() |
I could assume why… Does that mean you dislike me?
![]() |
No, of course not, you’re a whole toon, not some regular teacup.
Tisha | ![]() |
Tisha, any reason you're not talking with me? |
![]() |
I have my reasons Vee. | |
![]() |
Wow, so descriptive. | |
![]() |
I just think, you don't appreciate certain things here in Gardenview!
![]() |
Still not very descriptive!
![]() |
UGH! Forget it-! | |
Tisha (2) | ![]() |

![]() |
Vee? Can you swim? | |
![]() |
What is Rodger even teaching you.
![]() |
Well... can you??? | |
![]() |
No Toodles, I cannot swim.
Yatta | ![]() |
Hey Piñata, still creeping around the place? |
![]() |
HAHA-!!! It's Yatta. | |
![]() |
Right, right... doesn't answer the question.
![]() |
It's NOT creeping! You're jealous I can be so FLEXIBLE in my movement!
![]() |
...So you're still sneaking in the vents in your free time?
![]() |
That's just how I get around!! I'm busy with ACROBATICS, MY TROUPE, and... PARTIES!!! |

Trivia
- Vee has three UGC Items, those being
Vee's Head,
Vee's Mic, and
Vee's Bow Tie.
- Vee seems to be the MC of a quiz show.
- Her name is derived from the pronunciation of TV (TeeVee)
- Vee's designation is M-004 with the M most likely standing for Main Character.
- Vee's full name was revealed in a 11/14/2024 QnA stream.
- When hit, Vee's face changes to a blue "Rebooting" screen.
- However, when using the Vintage skin while getting hit, a black and white screen with the words "The End" appear.
- When using the Cosmic signal skin, her hurt face changes to a blue screen with the text "Signal Error".
- Star-Time Vee's hurt face changes to a black screen with "Please Wait…", a crescent moon, a line in the middle, and two X's; one above the line and one below.
- Vee is one of the characters that glows a different color during Blackouts, with the other three being
Astro,
Connie, and
Rudie.
- Vee glows green during Blackouts.
- With her Cosmic signal skin equipped the glow turns into a dark purple.
- With her Star-Time skin, the glow is a light blue, being very similar to Astro's regular glow.
- While her Vintage skin is equipped, the glow turns white.
- Vee used to only have 2
in Stamina, however it was changed to 3 Stars.
- Vee is currently the only Toon to have a custom font in her chatbox.
- The font used for her chatbox is 'Press Start 2P'.
- Vee seems to be unhappy that
Scraps keeps winning all her game show prizes.
- Vee most likely hides any other emotions she is feeling by keeping up her sarcastic and superiority personality. This is suggested in an interaction with
Cosmo, where she gets defensive when Cosmo was told by
Sprout that she hasn't been feeling the best.
- Vee seems to dislike
Dandy, and this is further implied in one of her Interactions with
Sprout where she says that she tries to argue with Dandy. Further proof of her negative attitude towards Dandy is in one of her finishing extraction lines, "I bet Dandy couldn't do this!"
- This is also further implied by Dandy's dialogue when buying Vee: "Oh… Vee."
- This is also further implied by a doodle where Vee talks about Dandy and says "Dandy was standing there and being useless".
- More evidence of this is that in Dandy's shop, in the Easter event Vee's themed easter egg is in the garbage bin.
- Vee has trouble complimenting others without it coming off as backhanded, as shown in one of her Interactions with
Brightney and as confirmed by Qwel.
- Vee and
Glisten share many similarities - that being both having a bow, both having the same facial expression/glass faces, both crossing their arms in their idle poses, both having the same Extraction Speed (5
), and both having a microphone (Glisten's microphone can be seen in his info card artwork).
- It is possible that because Vee is both a Main Character and the TV show host of a famous gameshow, Glisten is envious of all the attention Vee gets and tries to compete with Vee and her gameshow, or Glisten genuinely admires Vee and wants to become a gameshow host like her, or possibly even some mix of both. Based on their interactions, they also seem to know each other in some way.
- Vee also says that Glisten, in one of their interactions, "couldn't make a good game show, even if he tried," possibly hinting to Glisten mentioning wanting to have a gameshow before.
- However, this might be Vee reprimanding Glisten for his egotistical personality.
- Vee also says that Glisten, in one of their interactions, "couldn't make a good game show, even if he tried," possibly hinting to Glisten mentioning wanting to have a gameshow before.
- The two also appear in a cartoon together, talking in a backstage area.
- Vee was the second Toon to have an easter egg in another game not owned by BlushCrunch, able to be found in Piggy. You could find her on a monitor in the lobby of the Decay chapter, with the previous character with an easter egg being
Pebble, who has an available morph in Storybook Roleplay, with the Bin Codes being /mbin2162 respectively.
- It's possible Vee,
Rodger, and
Toodles could all be friends, from the many doodles Qwel has made.
- Vee is one of the few Toons to have an official merchandise plush as of now, with the others being Astro,
Dandy,
Pebble,
Poppy, Sprout, Shelly, and
Boxten.
- Vee's favorite contestant is
Brightney, as seen from their dialogues and by Qwel during the 2025 New Years stream.
- Like Astro's stars, Vee's microphone, which is seen in her idle animation, is stored in her head. It is visible if you zoom in while pressed against a wall, the tail of the microphone can also be seen in her torso when doing the same thing. However, this might be changed in a future update where all the remodels are added into the game.
- Qwel confirmed in the New Year QnA Stream that both Vee and Rodger don't have mouths and don't need to eat, but they both can eat the food items because of gameplay reasons.
- Because Vee doesn't have a mouth, she just crushes it onto her screen.
- Vee is the Main Character (and Toon in general) with the most extractability in the game, besides
Dandy (a developer only and unplayable Main Character Toon), having 4
Skill Check and 5 Star Extraction Speed.
- Vee and
Scraps have the longest interaction in the game, with 7 lines.
- Vee is mistakenly referred to with they/them pronouns in her ability's description.[1]
