Twisted Tisha is one of the 40 Twisteds in Dandy's World. She was introduced on July 12, 2024, alongside Twisted Teagan, Twisted Flutter, Twisted Shelly. She is one of the 11 Common Twisteds and can spawn on any Floor. Upon 100% completion of her Research, you will acquire the Feather Duster Trinket.

Appearance

Twisted Tisha, just like her Toon counterpart, is a cyan tissue box that wears a dark blue dress with a light blue, rounded trim on the end. She holds a feather duster, and has three freckles on her cheeks and in between her eyes. She possesses a white tissue coming out of the top of her head that is stained and sharpened with Ichor at the tips, and a white tissue on her neck that resembles a jabot. She also has a small amount of Ichor dripping out her mouth. The rest of her body is untouched, except for her feet. She also carries around a feather duster with a black handle and dark brown feathers with light brown edges that is covered in Ichor. She has a closed mouth with a desaturated blue shadow between her eyes when idle but wears a distant, dead expression on her face when chasing a Toon.

Strategies

Twisted Tisha is a roaming Twisted that possesses no special abilities, unless you count her abnormally long idle time, as she stops to sweep the floor with her feather duster. This means she can camp Machines or passageways, and could be somewhat annoying in runs where there are no distractors, or while playing a solo run. This can slow down floor's progression but by just a little bit. Just like with other Twisteds, you should save some Stamina and generally avoid her, and try to get out of her sight if you are spotted. In a situation where she is idle around a Machine, you can try to lure her into a different area or wait for her to move on. Her idle state lasts for exactly 10 seconds.

Trivia

• Twisted Tisha is the first Twisted to wield an object in their hand in-game, the second being Twisted Eggson, the third being Twisted Brusha, and the fourth being Twisted Soulvester.
  • However, Twisted Rodger is seen holding a fake Research Capsule in his official render, so they are not the only Twisteds to ever be seen with an item.
• Twisted Tisha is tied with Twisted Soulvester (when being idle nearby Machines) for having the longest idle state in the game, being 10 seconds.
• Twisted Tisha is the only Common Twisted to have a mechanic/ability of some sort, other than stat modifications.
• Twisted Tisha sweeping the floor for 10 seconds reflects her Toon counterpart's passion for cleaning.
• Twisted Tisha is the last Common Twisted to be optimized.
• If she hears a failed Skill Check and you manage to hide from her, she will idle on the Machine for about 2 seconds before going back to roaming.
• Twisted Tisha's current attack Face used to be her normal Face before being optimized, which caused her to get a new normal Face instead. She is the first and currently only Twisted with an occurrence like this.
  • However, her render still displays her attack face/old normal face. It is currently unknown if this will be changed or not.
    • This means she is the fourth Twisted to be eligible for a full render change, along with Twisted Finn, the first being Twisted Dandy, the second being Twisted Astro and Twisted Glisten, and the third being Twisted Toodles.
      • Akin to Twisted Finn and Twisted Glisten, their normal render can also change.
