While this Twisted is more common than others, Looey is still a dangerous foe.
Overcome with Ichor his physical changes have provided him a higher point of view compared to other common Twisteds, able to see further and retain attention within chase for longer periods of time.
Twisted Research

Twisted Looey is a Common Twisted found in Dandy's World. Upon 100% completion of his Research, you will acquire the Clown Horn Trinket.

Appearance[]

They are similar to their Toon counterpart. Twisted Looey is a balloon with different colors and a darker skin, he has a deadpan but surprised-like face, as his normal teeth reveal to be sharp in his Twisted variation. They have Twisted eyes (red sclera's, black irises and red pupils), around Twisted Looey's eyes is a darker beige shadow, and Ichor leaking from his mouth and Ichor staining his purple ear, while his green ear remains untouched, along with an Ichor stain on his right foot. They have stains on both of his cheeks of different colors and his neck is floating, making it separated from his body, on his face their facial pattern seems to be smudged (green and purple mismatched circles).

Strategies[]

He functions similarly to other Twisteds, but he has a key difference, being that he has increased attention span and detection range, without loss of speed. Despite this, he is still just as common as other Common Twisteds, so be more careful whenever he is on a floor compared to others. Other than that, he has no special abilities, so just stay further out of his line of sight, and preserve around 50 to 100 Stamina to escape him if he spots you.

He will be easier to distract than other Twisteds, since he has normal speed, so he can be outwalked like other commons, and his higher attention span allows less risk of losing him while kiting. Although, his higher detection range can be a downside, as he can spot lower Stealth Toons from farther away even when distracted, so higher Stealth distractors need to keep further away from others or move to an area that isn't as open, but this is riskier, especially when distracting other Twisteds.

If you feel threatened by Twisted Looey, try using Trinkets that improve movement speed such as Pink Bow or Speedy Shoes. If you'd rather use extraction Trinkets, it will help to be a high Stealth Toon like Cosmo or Connie. Although Connie is slower than Cosmo, Connie's ability can save you from Twisted Looey in a pinch. On the other hand, Cosmo is faster, so choose wisely.

Trivia[]

  • This Twisted is more unbalanced as he is very common yet has better stats with no downsides (unlike Twisted Shrimpo's higher attention span and detection range but lower speed).
  • Twisted Looey high stats even with his rarity reflects his playable version mostly high stats besides the stealth and somewhat cheaper price.
  • Twisted Looey and Twisted Connie were the first ever twisteds to change expression and blink.
  • When Twisted Looey loses sight of the player, he stomps his foot.
