Twisted Gigi is one of the 40 Twisteds in Dandy's World. She was introduced on September 28, 2024. She is one of the 9 Rare Twisteds and can spawn on any Floor. Upon 100% completion of her Research, you will acquire the Lucky Coin Trinket.

Appearance

Twisted Gigi is a red gachapon, wearing a baby blue turtleneck sweater with an oversized jumper and a yellow star icon in the middle, similar to her Toon counterpart. However, the plastic on the top of her head has been shattered and filled with Ichor, and a large claw made of Ichor comes out of her head. Her sclera is red, with a black iris. Instead of a red ring or dot like the other Twisteds, she instead has star pupils. She crawls around the floor with her large, oversized sweater sleeves, which have Ichor stains on the ends. Aside from her head and sweater sleeves, the rest of her appears to be untouched.

Description

Twisted Gigi is a specially-ranged Twisted like Twisted Goob and Twisted Scraps. Thus, she can use her hand to launch a high ranged attack on Toons if spotted. However, unlike them, she uses this Ability only if the pursued Toon has items in their inventory, taking them in a numeral order by:

• 2
• 3
• 4 with Bassie

She is also a bit faster than the average Twisted's speed, and can keep a high tracking time on the Toon she is attempting to charge at.

Strategies

Twisted Gigi should be carefully maintained with her movement and Ability cooldown while you are trying to distract. If she does this multiple times, your Items will diminish, resulting in less survival. If you have no items left, she will behave like any other normal Twisted and is barely a threat. Do note that there are other Twisteds that can be dangerous while distracting, such as Twisted Pebble, Twisted Vee, Twisted Scraps, and Twisted Goob. If you only need to distract Twisted Gigi, try to loop around cover so that her grabbing arm loses line of sight, letting you keep your items. If you plan to distract multiple Twisteds alongside Twisted Gigi, sometimes it can be easier just to let your items go. This is mainly because her pause in movement when grabbing can be quite unreliable to work with, potentially letting her move in the opposite direction you planned when looping. Alternately, if you are holding any important items like a Health Kit, try repeatedly filling your first item slot with worthless common items like Gumballs. Since Twisted Gigi will always go in order of your first item slot first, repeatedly filling your first item slot will make sure she can't reach your second and third slot.

Stamina should also be used carefully while trying to lose Twisted Gigi, as she has a higher speed than other Twisteds. Make multiple sharp turns in corners until she's given up to be safe. Due to her high attention span as well, try to lose line of sight quicker by going around islands.

As Twisted Gigi immediately attempts to use her grab if not on cooldown and if the player has at least one item, she is one of the easiest Twisteds to escape safely if encountered while the player is in a dead end. Thus, try to keep at least one item if extracting with her present. It is recommended to play as Bassie since her Active Ability, Springful Sharing, lets her drop her items. That way if you have any items that are vital to survival (e.g. Bandages or Health Kits), you can use her ability to drop all your items and reorder them from worst to best (Gumballs will be in the first slot, and another worthless item will be in the second slot). You could also just put them all to the ground and wait until Panic Mode to retrieve them.

Even though part of her hand doesn't count as her hitbox, her hitbox is still huge, as she is lying down, so be careful when looping her.

Trivia

• Twisted Gigi and Twisted Dandy are the only Twisteds that only move on all fours.
• Twisted Gigi and Twisted Finn are the only non-Main Character Twisteds to leave Ichor trails wherever they move.
• Twisted Gigi has an extra arm of Ichor from her head that attacks, reminiscent to Twisted Boxten.
• Twisted Gigi is one of the only 4 Twisteds that are able to crawl, alongside Twisted Dyle, Twisted Toodles, and Twisted Finn.
• Twisted Gigi's eyes have the most rings out of all the Twisteds, that being 6, with the second being Twisted Cosmo with 5 rings.
• Neither Smoke Bomb, Connie's ability, Haunting Escape, nor Blot's ability, Blot Jr. will apply on Twisted Gigi's ability, resulting in you still losing your items.
  • However, when Twisted Gigi spots Blot Jr. and attacks him with her melee attack, her grab attack goes on cooldown.
  • This also applies for other ranged attacks, such as Twisted Scraps' tail attack and Twisted Goob's ranged attack.
  • Despite Soulvester not being affected by either of the aforementioned Twisteds, Twisted Gigi can still steal his items.
• Twisted Gigi has the exact same chasing speed as Twisted Yatta, Twisted Eclipse, Twisted Astro and Twisted Bassie.
• Currently, she, Twisted Blot, and Twisted Soulvester are the only Twisteds with unique pupils. In her case, her pupils are star-shaped.
• Part of Twisted Gigi's hand is not included in her hitbox; it cannot hit you,
• Twisted Gigi is the only ranged Twisted to not hurt you upon using the ranged "attack".
• For some reason, if an Item Twisted Gigi wants to steal disappears right before she steals it, her ability will be put on cooldown. Doing this does require really precise timing though.
• Twisted Gigi is one of the few Twisteds to lack a shadow between their eyes.
