  • Audio file for when a machine gets completed with Twisted Finn on the floor

This Twisted is filled to the brim with Ichor and uncontrolled vigor. Finn makes up for his lack of mobility by dousing Toons who have recently completed Machines in Ichor, greatly slowing their movement. Check your surroundings before completing Machines!
Twisted Research

Twisted Finn is an Uncommon Twisted found in Dandy's World. Upon 100% completion of his Research, you will acquire the Fishing Rod Trinket.

Appearance

As opposed to his Toon counterpart, Twisted Finn is a black fishbowl filled with Ichor (instead of his normal blue colour from the water). He wears a slightly darker-orange life jacket with grey stripes. He has a similar smile to his Toon Counterpart, however his teeth are sharp and missing one tooth. His eyes now have a crimson sclera and bigger, rounded, black irises with slit red pupils in the middle. During his crawling animation, he leaves a trail of Ichor due to the fact his legs are gone, suggesting that his contents are not vital to his survival. There are no visible fish or objects inside of his head.

Strategies

Twisted Finn produces a trail of Ichor wherever he moves, making him easier to spot when following behind him. He is generally a slow and easy Twisted to deal with as long as you aren't the one to finish the last Machine. When this Twisted is present on the Floor, it's recommended to prime the Machine closest to the Elevator (leaving it at 90% finished). Make sure that you inform your teammates about this- Twisted Finn's Slow III Debuff can be a problem during Panic Mode, so this Strategy ensures you don't have to walk a long distance back to the Elevator.

Since the Debuff is very large (50% Speed reduction), it's recommended to make sure your surroundings are safe before finishing Machines with Twisted Finn present. This Debuff causes issues escaping Twisteds for all Toons, even the faster-moving ones such as Pebble and Flutter. Using Speed Trinkets or having a Speed increasing Passive Ability will reduce but not completely nullify the Debuff (e.g; the Speed stat is a multiplier, Poppy's Passive will not completely counter the effects). Sprinting can also be a waste of stamina if your Toon has an average stamina stat (due to the immense Debuff you will receive).

Twisted Finn's short height and dark color make him harder to spot in Blackouts than most Twisteds. It's good to have a Toon that can highlight where he is (like Vee or Brightney in blackouts) to avoid running into him. His abysmal speed can cause him to appear in places you don't expect or lose aggression and circle back. Keep your guard up if you don't currently know his location.

Trivia

  • He is the first Twisted to have their main colour completely changed.
  • He is the second Non-Main Character Twisted to be able to inflict Debuffs on Toons, the first one being Twisted Rodger.
    • Coincidentally, both him and Twisted Rodger lack legs, and both inflict Slow III.
  • Twisted Finn and Twisted Gigi are the only Non-Main Character Twisteds to leave Ichor trails wherever they walk.
    • This is because half of Twisted Finn's body is missing.
    • Twisted Finn is the only Twisted overall whose Ichor trail is present in Roleplaying Mode.
  • Twisted Finn is the shortest Twisted in the game, the second being Twisted Toodles. He is also the slowest Twisted outside of the stationary and event ones with the second slowest speed being tied between Twisted Shrimpo and Twisted Dandy.
  • Twisted Finn's Ability is the exact opposite of his Toon Counterpart's Ability. While Finn gains a speed boost whenever any Machine is completed, Twisted Finn slows down players who complete a Machine.
  • It is unconfirmed how Twisted Finn could've lost his legs.
  • Twisted Finn's design may be a reference to Teke Teke, a Japanese legend of a girl with no legs, overall having a similar body compared to Twisted Finn.
