Twisted Cosmo is a Common Rarity Twisted found in Dandy's World. Upon 100% completion of his Research, you will acquire the Sweet Charm Trinket.

Appearance

Twisted Cosmo has a brown pastry head resembling a roll cake. He has white icing drizzled in a squiggly pattern on top of his head and with cyan, pink, and lime star-shaped sprinkles as freckles. The left half of his face is covered in icor. He has red scleras, black irises, and red pupils. Twisted Comso is crying out ichor while having a frown, his sharp teeth showing. He wears a white, sleeveless hoodie with black drawstrings and a white hemming on the bottom. His left arm and hand is covered in ichor, forming a claw. He has striped socks the same color as his sprinkle freckles that completely cover his legs.

Strategies

Since Twisted Cosmo behaves similarly to Twisted Poppy and Twisted Boxten, that in he has no special mechanic to him, the Strategy stays pretty much the same. Generally avoid his line of sight, preserve Stamina incase he sneak attacks from around corners, and avoid dead ends to not get hit or killed off. He is also harder to see in Blackouts, so you should be more careful if he spawns in one.
