Thinking Cap appears as a green cap, with words in a mint-green thinking bubble saying "I'm A Thinker".
Effect[]
Increases Skill Check window size by 40 units.
Strategy[]
Thinking Cap gives you some extra skill-check size. This Trinket can be used by beginners to hit skill checks easier. This is also helpful on low skill-check stat Toons like Cosmo, Shrimpo, Glisten and Sprout, especially if you are also using Magnifying Glass or Participation Award, since both decrease skill check size.
If you are proficient at hitting skill checks, this trinket will not help you much.
Trivia[]
- The thinking bubble on the Trinket could refer to the text inside it, demonstrating that the player is thinking right now.
- Before Alpha 0.2.0, Thinking Cap used to increase the Skill Check window size by only 25 units.
- The text appears to be in slightly-modified Comic Sans, with the A possibly being redrawn manually.
