Star Pillow is one of the 55 usable Trinkets found in Dandy's World and is one of the 40 Twisted Trinkets. It is obtained by achieving 100% Research on Twisted Astro.

Appearance

Star Pillow appears to be a cyan star-shaped pillow with stitches on the left side, while featuring a cornflower blue tag with a bright shine on the top right with two of Astro's sparkles marked on.

Strategies

This Trinket is effective for almost every Toon. Low Stamina Toons, such as Shrimpo, Yatta, and Gigi benefit greatly from the significant Stamina regeneration boost, which enhances their survivability. High Stamina Toons also gain advantages, as the Stamina regeneration allows them to run away longer than they would without the boost.

This Trinket is also beneficial for Treadmill Machines. You won't have to worry as much about being low on Stamina from sprinting and being interrupted by a Twisted, risking a hit. Additionally, since your Stamina will quickly regenerate, it allows you to sprint more, therefore extracting faster. A good candidate in this scenario is Bobette, with her high Stamina capacity synergizing well with the fast Stamina regeneration and allowing her to sprint for longer, and the 4 Skill Check stat assisting well for doing Machines in general.

However, this Trinket may not be suitable for some Toons, particularly those that excel in Extraction Speed. For example, Glisten and Vee, two Toons who can finish a machine in just a few seconds, wouldn't benefit as much from the boost since their time spent on a machine is considerably lower than that of other Toons. Even though this also applies for Yatta, her low Stamina capacity counters it since the regeneration will make it fuel up quickly. The issue with high Extraction speed applies to high Skill Check extractor Toons as well, but the effect is not as bad.

In solo runs, or runs without distractors, it can also be used for when Twisted Dandy is on the floor, as it could help you regain enough Stamina to escape him or hide from him when he runs to your machine. The same thing applies when you fail a Skill Check when there is any Twisted, especially Twisted Vee. It's not recommended to be used on a distractor, as you would only benefit from it while doing a Machine, which is something that you will rarely do as a distractor.
