Speedy Shoes is one of the 55 usable Trinkets found in Dandy's World and is one of the 14 that can be bought from Dandy's Store in the Lobby for 400 Ichor.

Appearance

Despite its name being Speedy Shoes, it appears as a singular white shoe with black shoelaces (that are tucked into the holes), a light gray sole, and peachy sides decorated with a cool, blue lightning bolt symbol with white highlights on each, along with a white circle. The shoe has a blue sock in the same shade as the main color of the bolt and is slightly creased.

Strategies

This Trinket is vastly helpful when distracting Twisteds, due to its general Movement Speed buff. It is highly recommended to pair this with Dog Plush when using a Toon with 4 Movement Speed like Goob and Flutter, as it allows you to outwalk most Twisteds. Toons with 5 Star Movement Speed, such as Pebble, Razzle, and 1 Looey do not need this Trinket to do this, but the extra speed boost is still useful.

Even if you aren't using this for distracting, this Trinket could still be used on Toons that have low Movement Speed. Pairing it with Pink Bow can maximize your run speed and make high-stamina low-speed Toons like Scraps better equipped to handle a chase. This Trinket is also good with Vee and Rodger due to their slow Movement Speed, allowing them to both traverse the map quicker and escape sticky situations easier. Do note that because Speedy Shoes is percentage based, you will get more value out of it the more Movement Speed your Toon has. The speed boost on a low-speed Toon will be small, but it's enough to help out speed Twisteds in a chase. If you are sure that you can escape chases without extra speed boosts, don't use this Trinket.
