== Appearance ==
Shelly is a beige Ammonite Shell with a black aperture usually seen on the left side of her head, although some artworks depict it on the right side. She has orange blush and two eyelashes underneath her eyes. She wears a sleeveless overall dress with a light brown undershirt with a dark brown dress over it.

== Personality ==
Shelly is an extroverted [[Toons|Toon]], who often likes to talk about her interest in dinosaurs with the other [[Toons]]. She seems to have worries about being ignored, but tries to brush it off and claim that she’s fine, based on her interaction with [[Teagan]] and one with [[Tisha]]. She also seems to be shocked when [[Astro]] or [[Vee]] talk to her in one of each of their interactions, possibly due to how ignored she is compared to the other Main Toons. She is also the most ignored or forgotten Toon out of all the Main Toons, and this has been implied by Gift Shop [[Floors|Floor]], the description of her [[Twisted Shelly|Twisted Counterpart]], and one of Qwel's doodles of her.

== Strategies ==
Shelly probably has the most solid stats of every [[Toons|Toon]] in game. Her Passive [[Abilities|Ability]], '''Problem Solver''', makes up for her mediocre Stamina, as the speed boost she gains can allow her to cross long distances when she sprints. Her Active [[Abilities|Ability]], [[File:{{BASEPAGENAME}}ability.png|20px]]'''Inspiration''', is a phenomenal support ability that allows her to play a key role in helping her allies. The boost she gives drastically increases the Extraction Speed of the [[Toons|Toon]] she selects, so [[Toons]] who have Extraction Speed stats will be her best teammates.  

The best [[Trinkets]] for her would be [[Participation Award]] and [[Magnifying Glass]], allowing her to capitalize off her high Skill Check to add even more completion when she hits a successful one. Players should avoid using Trinkets like the [[Blue Bandana]] because it lowers the chance of Skill Checks from appearing, which would hinder her best stat and stop her from performing to her fullest. Another Trinket that wouldn't be the best for her would be the [[Thinking Cap]], as her Skill Check doesn't need to be increased any further and there are better options for her that would make it almost useless.

Her best teammates would be Distractors like [[Goob]], [[Pebble]], [[Sprout]], and [[Flutter]], as well as Toons who would be able to make the most of her boost from Inspiration, like [[Vee]], [[Glisten]], and [[Brightney]]. 

Overall, Shelly is a stellar [[Toons|Toon]] and is definitely an amazing choice for players to play as. She is extremely easy to learn how to use and is always a favored and wanted [[Toons|Toon]] in runs.
