Roleplay Mode (RP Mode) is a gamemode which allows players to roleplay as, and morph into any Toon or Twisted in the game. It can be accessed through a teleport in the main game Lobby, left of the spawn through a door. There is an identical door in the lobby map of this mode that teleports back to the main game.
This mode is 100% free and accessible to all players. It is unknown if future gamepasses will affect this.
In order to use a Twisted's morph in Roleplay Mode, you must have encountered the Twisted in-game at least once and have at least 1% Research on the respective Twisted. This does not apply to Toons, as all Toons are unlocked in Roleplay Mode regardless of if the player owns them in-game, including Dandy and Dyle. However, in order to use a Toon's Skin, you must own the Skin.
Since they cannot move in-game, Twisted Rodger, Twisted Razzle & Dazzle, and Twisted Blot have custom animations for RP Mode. Many Twisted and Toon proportions are changed as well. In addition, some areas of the map that normally are not able to be accessed have been made accessible, and new/altered maps are available to explore. For example, certain ladders, chairs, and shelves can be climbed onto in RP Mode, and one of the elevators in the lobby contains an item-devoid Dandy's Elevator Shop. The Toon Rooms map is exclusive to RP Mode.
RP mode also gives us many lore reveals in the form of notes written by the Toons, such as Razzle wanting to be in Vee's game show or Glisten's hidden insecurities.
When talking in Roleplay Mode, a grey dialogue box appears above instead of the default Roblox textbox. (Since it's not coded in, Roblox's Translator Feature won't work)
In Roleplay Mode you can go into free cam using SHIFT+P. (PC only)
Roleplay Mode has an exclusive map, which being Toons Rooms.
You have a custom Roleplay name that you can change in settings.

"Woke up Glisten last night... I feel bad, had that nightmare again. I really am starting to think Astro might not like me? Hope not. He says he doesn't but I dunno the nightmares are pretty bad. Anyways Glisten helped me get a some water and talked with me some. Then he left for his 'beauty sleep' at least that's what he called it? I'll talk again with Astro when I can."

"Dear Vee, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LET US INTO YOUR NEXT GAMESHOW THING PLEASE PLEASE PLEAAAAASE, WE'RE REALLY GOOD AT BACKSTAGE THINGS AS WELL!! or don't it's fine. Best Regards... Razzle, and Dazzle. "
The Astro in Stage Fright Poster but with Glisten circled in red ink with Arrows and 2 Hearts. This has been removed for some reason.
"Boxten was up late last night. I could tell because he ruined my beauty sleep! Not sure why they had to give me such awful Toons to share this floor with. Who put Shrimpo here? Who did that. CERTAINLY NOT I! I guess Razzle and Dazzle are fine. And Brightney is entertaining enough. But SHRIMPO? I'm just happy it isn't Finn!"
"Yesterday I was trying to perfect my reflection trick all day. I always get sort of dizzy after I do the whole thing. Of course, I never tell people that! Can't have them thinking I don't know how to handle everything. I think SOMEONE has noticed though. He kept bothering me. Saying 'don't overwork yourself' I don't! I know how to handle things! I am perfect. I have to be."
"I saw Rodger carrying a large stack of files recently into the elevator. Obviously he was struggling to carry it all! So being the perfect, kind, AMAZING Toon I am... I helped. He told me I showed up at the right time. Of course I did. I'm always there at the best times. I just wish everyone could see that I should spend time with him more."

After v0.10.1, the Roleplay mode had some changes, like all the nameplates on the walls being renamed to start with SC which probably stands for Secondary/Side Character instead of the normal C, U and R which used to stand for Common, Uncommon and Rare. This was probably changed because of lore.
Here is a list of what each Old Designation Numbers were designated to and the new numbers:
In the same update, The poster "Astro in Stage Fright" in Glisten's room was removed, until now the reason is not known.
In roleplay mode, Shrimpo has a special set of actions.
These actions being: SHRIMPO DOES NOT GET HURT!!! (Hurt face), MY AWESOME FACE!!! (default face), and BLINK!!! (Blinking face). These are just different names for the default actions.
The 'He' Glisten is referring to in his second note is likely Rodger based on their interactions.
Roleplay mode is the only way to get in Dandy's Store and Dyle's Store. You do this by going on a door that connects to the said Store.
In the entirety of v0.11, the Roleplay mode Lobby was not up to date to the new one in the main game, updated in the same minor update, not having Dyle's Store, the new train station present and the new tape model in Dandy's Store.
