Pop Pack is one of the 55 usable Trinkets found in Dandy's World and is one of the 14 that can be bought from Dandy's Store in the Lobby for 1500 Ichor, buying 30 Items and picking up 75 Items.

Appearance

Pop Pack appears as a red, cardboard pack of Bottle o' Pop with the front saying "POP" in white. There are six bottles inside. The pack itself is striped similarly to the bottles inside and has five white, solid bubbles decorating the side with text. The bottles have label strips around them and red caps.

Strategies

Since Pop Pack gives you Pop every Floor, you will almost always have a Pop to get yourself out of sticky situations where you're low on Stamina. Pop Pack can be used (although not usually considered the best) for Toons who aren't usually played as distractors, like Brightney, because speed Trinkets won't be enough to out-walk Twisteds with average speed without sprint tapping. You can also use this Trinket on Toons with low Stamina Stats, such as Gigi and Yatta.

However, the constant Pop can take up space in your inventory, and the Trinket itself will not activate at all if your inventory is completely full. This is especially a problem with Gigi, who may also grant herself a Pop or better from her Active Ability anyways. You will always need at least one inventory slot open at the start of each Floor to get full value out of this Trinket, which may be difficult during late game where you might want to keep higher value Items. On top of this, Pop items are Common tier and can be found in abundance on the ground. These caveats make the Trinket rather niche and if you are already proficient at managing Stamina, you probably won't find much use for it.

Pop Pack can be slightly helpful if a Sprout is present on your team. It provides extra Tapes to said Sprout, extra Stamina for Item grinding, or can allow more fervorous Item grinding as it gives other Toons an opportunity to replace the Items taken by the Sprout for Tapes. Used on Bassie, it becomes a steady supply of Items for slower Toons or a Sprout teammate and can also be used for Tapes. Pop Pack may be useful on slow Toons such as Connie or Soulvester if they find their teammates don't leave enough Items for them and their speed is insufficient to outpace them. It also allows the user to expend more Stamina safely at the beginning of Floors which is also quite helpful for those playing a challenge Toon such as Shrimpo.

Trivia

  • Pop Pack used to also decrease Stamina regeneration by 10%, however this was removed in v0.3.0.
  • Despite showing the Bottles of Pops inside, this Trinket gives out normal Pop cans.
