This is a list of Minor Characters. They are characters that don't play a significant role in-game, and are only mentioned once or a few times. these characters have little to no appearances in the game itself.

Named[]
Kayla is a character that appears in a note written to 
Dandy. Going off of a drawing she likely made, she has a warm brown complexion and long, dark brown hair styled into two spiky ponytails. She also wears a purple skirt and a teal shirt with blue stripes. Notably, this drawing is next to a cash register and is the only one mentioning a child's name, which could imply significance.
Julia is one of the kids that appears in two notes. One written to 
Astro, and another to 
Vee. She is not drawn onto the page like other kids and is instead just the name. Qwel has said she was 7 years old in an Art Stream (11/13/24).
Timmy is a character that appears in a note written to 
Boxten. He is not drawn onto the page like other kids and is instead just the name.
Unnamed[]
Unnamed Child #1 is a character that appears in a note they've written to Astro. They have ivory skin, a few freckles on their face, and short curly red hair. They also wear a green sweater.
Unnamed Child #2 is a character mentioned in a note they've written to Dandy. He has a tan complexion, curly dark hair, and wears a turquoise tank top over a pair of long, blue-indigo pants.
Unnamed Child #3 is a character mentioned in a note that pictures both them and 
Sprout. They have pale skin, rosy red cheeks, and long, spiky, brown hair. They also wear a bright cyan shirt with red shorts.
Unnamed Child #4 is a character mentioned in a note that pictures both them and 
Blot. They have dark skin, dark brown cheeks, and long, spiky, black hair. They also wear a purple shirt with horizontal pink stripes and purple pants, as well as being heavily implied to be deaf and/or mute, as they "talk with their hands".

Barnaby Wilikers, also known as Barnaby, is one of the 2 Minor Toons in Dandy's World. He is a toy fish, and he resides inside of 
Finn's fishbowl-like head.
Appearance[]
Barnaby is a purple fish with light purple stripes on his body, short fins, pucker upped lips, and a large eye. He has a gray wind-up key on his back.

Blot Jr., also known as Mini Blot by Blot, is one of the 2 Minor Toons in Dandy's World. He was introduced on May 23rd, 2025. He can be summoned by Blot for 10 to 80 Tapes, which scales depending on the number of Blots in a round (10 Tapes per Blot).
Appearance[]
Blot Jr. is a grey ink blob. His head is teardrop-shaped, with the left side of his head having a large drip reaching towards the ground and the right side of his head having a smaller drip that's half the size of the left drip. He has a piece of paper taped to the right side of his head with a drawn-on eye. His stem gradually darkens into black and ends in a small puddle on the ground.

Trivia[]
- Blot Jr.'s eye drawing is also used as Twisted Blot's pupil.
- The only Twisteds that don't attack Blot Jr. are
Twisted Razzle & Dazzle, Twisted Rodger, Twisted Glisten (Enraged), Twisted Connie, and Twisted Blot's arms. They won't target Blot Jr. at all.
- Blot Jr. also won’t affect Twisted Glisten’s meter while he is passive.
- Twisted Rodger won't attack Blot if Blot Jr. is summoned.
- Ranged Twisteds such as Twisted Goob and Twisted Scraps can still target Blot Jr., however their ranged attacks won't target Blot Jr.-- but it will delay their ability to use their ranged attacks. Blot Jr. also can't prevent Twisted Gigi from taking items from your inventory.
- Twisted Sprout can summon his Ichor tendril onto Blot Jr., however it will not kill them.
- Blot Jr. has the lowest stealth out of all Toons in Dandy's World, even lower than Shrimpo, however they aren't playable, nor can they move.
- If timed correctly, Blot Jr. can be placed in the elevator door, and when the door closes, it will still be there.
- In a future update, Blot Jr. will be given a Vintage Skin in order to match with Vintage Blot.
- Blot's Skin also corresponds to Blot Jr.
- He has a Sticker coming soon, despite not being an actual Toon.
