This is a list of Minor Characters. They are characters that don't play a significant role in-game and are only mentioned once or a few times. These characters have little to no appearances in the game itself.

Named Children

Kayla

Kayla is a character that appears in a note written to Dandy. Going off of a drawing she likely made, she has a warm brown complexion and long, dark brown hair styled into two spiky ponytails. She also wears a purple skirt and a teal shirt with blue stripes. Notably, this drawing is next to a cash register and is the only one mentioning a child's name, which could imply significance.

Julia

Julia is one of the kids that appears in two notes. One written to Astro, and another to Vee. She is not drawn onto the page like other kids and is instead just the name. Qwel has said she was 7 years old in an Art Stream (11/13/24).

Timmy

Timmy is a character that appears in a note written to Boxten. He is not drawn onto the page like other kids and is instead just the name.

Unnamed Children

Unnamed Child #1

Unnamed Child #1 is a character that appears in a note they've written to Astro. They have ivory skin, a few freckles on their face, and short curly red/orange hair. They also wear a green sweater.

Unnamed Child #2

Unnamed Child #2 is a character mentioned in a note they've written to Dandy. They have a tan complexion, curly dark hair, and wears a turquoise tank top over a pair of long, blue-indigo pants.

Unnamed Child #3

Unnamed Child #3 is a character mentioned in a note that pictures both them and Sprout. They have pale skin, rosy red cheeks, and long, spiky, brown hair. They also wear a bright cyan shirt with red shorts.

Unnamed Child #4

Unnamed Child #4 is a character mentioned in a note that pictures both them and Blot. They have dark skin, dark brown cheeks, and long, spiky, black hair. They also wear a purple shirt with horizontal pink stripes and purple pants. They are heavily implied to be deaf and/or mute, as they "talk with [their] hands", possibly sign language.

Barnaby Wilikers

Barnaby Wilikers, also known as Barnaby, is one of the 3 Minor Toons in Dandy's World. He is a toy fish, and he resides inside of Finn's fishbowl-like head.

Appearance

Barnaby is a purple fish with light purple stripes on his body, short fins, puckered up lips, and a large eye. He has a gray wind-up key on his back.

Trivia

Blot Jr. and Barnaby have Stickers, despite not being actual Toons, though they have their corresponding Toon with them.
Barnaby is heavily implied to be a sentient Toon since he can blink and move quite fluidly for a toy, as mentioned in one of Dandy's Gossip dialogue.
- This hints that Finn was right that Barnaby is in fact more than just a toy, in his interaction with Sprout.

Blot Jr., also known as Mini Blot by Blot, is one of the 3 Minor Toons in Dandy's World. He was introduced on May 23, 2025. He can be summoned by Blot for 10 to 80 Tapes, which scales depending on the number of Blots in a round (10 Tapes per Blot).
