Main Characters

Main Characters are a type of Toon in Dandy's World. Main Characters are represented by a rainbow background in Dandy's shop in the lobby. There are currently 5 playable Main Characters in the game out of the current existing, 6, these being Astro, Pebble, Shelly, Sprout, Vee, and Dandy (Exclusive to Developers).

Dandy							Dandy's World (Passive) The star of the show.	Become a Developer of Dandy's World.
Pebble							Speak (Active) This Toon can bark loudly, drastically decreasing Stealth and alerting any Twisteds nearby to his location. Has a cooldown of 60. Shelly							Inspiration (Active) This Toon can boost the Extraction Speed of a selected Toon by 75% for 15 seconds. Has a cooldown of 60. Sprout							Baked Sweets (Active) (100) This Toon can heal a targeted Toon by 1 Heart at the cost of 100 Tapes. Has a cooldown of 100. Overprotective (Passive) This Toon can see where all the other alive Toons are. Vee							Mic Check (Active) This Toon can highlight all Twisteds on the Floor for 5 seconds. Has a Cooldown of 60 (1 Min). Trivia

• The currently known requirements for a Toon being a Main Character are:
  • 2 max health rather than 3 like normal Toons
  • 2 abilities, one active and one passive
  • A stat spread of 16 stars, compared to the 15 stars of normal toons
  • At least one 5-star stat
    • Connie, Gigi, Glisten, and Scraps are not main characters despite having 5-star stats.
  • Main Characters have three difficult unlock requirements: high Ichor cost, 100% research on their Twisted form, and a miscellaneous requirement, usually being 100% mastery on Toon with a Common/Uncommon tier Twisted
    • Astro is currently the only main character who's third requirement is not 100% mastery on a Toon. Instead, he requires the player to have encountered Twisted Dandy at least once.
  • In lore, a main character of the Dandy's World show/brand will often have at least one episode of the show about them specifically.
    • It is possible that some of these are just coincidences between the five current Main Characters and not requirements.
• Main Characters are the most common characters to see on posters around floors. All posters (except character information posters) feature at least one Main Character.
• Main Characters don't have introduction cards as of now (this may be changed in a future update)
• All playable Main Characters have a unique talking sound effect.
  • Astro speaks with a cosmic whoosh effect.
  • Pebble speaks in barks.
  • Sprout's speaks with an effect akin to a bubble pop.
  • Shelly speaks with a rock effect.
  • Vee speaks with an arcade "boing" effect.
  • Dandy is exempt from this and only features a normal Toon talking sound effect.
