Items are objects that can be found in Floors and Dandy's Shop in the elevator where they can be purchased with Tapes. These items can help the player or their teammates by affecting certain stats for a short amount of time, causing an effect, or refreshing stats like health and stamina when low. There are many kinds of items. The higher the floor number is, the rarer the items will be. Be sure to use them strategically, especially the rarer ones. Item effects can also be stacked.

Trivia[]
- The Valve probably will never show up on the maps. It is likely only available for purchase from Dandy.
- The game does not feature a "give" mechanic. To transfer items to teammates, players must call them and let them pick up the item as a replacement.
- Activating the Wrench trinket with 2 Jumper Cables can serve as a replacement for the Valve, although it comes with a 2-second delay.
- Using 3 Stopwatches simultaneously with a Thinking Cap as Shelly will make the largest Skill Check window.
- The Air Horn is ineffective if a 3+ star stealth Toon uses it against a 1-star stealth Toon while they are being chased by the Twisteds.
