Events are limited time updates that occur during certain holidays.

Events will usually contain limited time content which are Holiday Toons, Holiday Twisteds, Holiday Trinkets, a decorated Lobby, Holiday Skins, a Holiday Floor and a new Currency. Events will come back annually and will last about a month. After the Event ends, any Holiday Toons, Trinkets and Skins you collected will be usable year-round, and any Holiday Twisted Research you collected can still be viewed. However, any Event Currency you obtained will disappear, and not be retained for future Events.

Collabs, on the other hand, will contain limited time Skins which can be bought using Robux, and 1 can be unlocked for free by completing in-game quests.

Trivia

• The 2024 Halloween Event was unfortunately cancelled due to the firing of the former Co-owner who was also the only developer at the time.
  • There were 4 Toons that were going to release in this Event, being Connie, Countess, Duke and Harvey. Connie was the only one who actually ended up being added to the game, but instead as a regular Toon, and the other 3 were scrapped due to Qwel thinking their designs weren't interesting enough.
  • If it wasn't cancelled, it would have been the first Event otherwise.
• The 2024 Christmas Event started in January 2025 instead of December 2024 due to BlushCrunch's schedule for Updates being monthly and v0.5.1 had already been released within December 2024.
  • v0.5.1 was released past the promised November release, which is why it released in December.
  • However, the 2025 Christmas Event will happen in December 2025.
  • This is the first time 2 of the same event will happen in the same year.
• Ideas for a 2025 Valentines Event had to be cancelled because Qwel wanted to take the time to catch up since the 2024 Christmas Event was late and the Dev Team were a bit behind on some stuff.
• A 2025 Summer Event was not planned due to Qwel wanting to focus on optimizing existing Toon models and upgrading gameplay features before adding more seasonal content.
  • However, it is possible we might get a 2026 Summer Event.
• Both the 2025 Easter Event and Care Bears Collab lasted the longest amount of time with 35 days, the 2025 Halloween Event had the second longest amount of time with 34 days, and the 2024 Christmas Event lasted the shortest amount of time with 31 days.
• The Care Bears Collab is the first Collab Dandy's World has done.
• The Toon released in Events seem to follow a certain order:
  • The Common Toons are enthusiasts of their respective Events (ex. Rudie likes Christmas), don't have any interactions with Toons from different events, have 3 in all Stats and cost 300 of their Event's currency. They show up on their Event's currencies menu.
  • The Uncommon Toons are related with another Toon in the base game (ex. Ginger and Cosmo are cousins), always appear in Staff Only Signs and cost 700 of their Event's currency and 50% Research on their Twisted counterpart.
  • The Rare Toons have some sort of animal-like design along with their names being actual words instead of being alliterative on what they are based off of (ex. Coal is like a dog) and cost 1500 of their Event’s currency and a miscellaneous objective.
  • The Main Character Toons own a shop, are the same object as the respective currency for their events (ex. Bobette owns the Christmas shop and is a bauble/ornament, the currency for the Christmas event) and costs 3000 of their Event's currency, 2500 Ichor and 100% on their Twisted counterpart.
    • However, this could change and just be all coincidental.
    • The Main Character Toons except Gourdy start with the letter B and are female.
    • The Rare Toons except Eclipse have a relationship with the Main Character, whether good or bad (ex. Coal is Bobette’s pet rock).
    • Assuming this is always true, to buy everything in an event except skins, it would cost 5500 of the event's currency and 2500 Ichor.
    • The amount of event currency it takes to buy the skins will be 600 times the number of non-event Toons with optimized models (including the event's Toons).
• The Christmas Event is the only event to not have an equal male-female Toon ratio, having more females than males.
• Events usually have 2 parts, with one releasing most of the content and the other releasing missing Skins.
  • The 2025 Halloween Event doesn't follow this, having multiple parts releasing Skins and a Toodles optimization.
