Dog Plush is one of the 47 usable Trinkets found in Dandy's World. It is obtained by achieving 100% Research on Twisted Toodles.

Appearance

It appears as a black dog plush with two white spots on both of its ears, one big and one small and spots on its right arm, and one small plus one big spot on its left leg. Its nose is a darker shade of grey or black than its body, and it has a large white spot in the middle of its forehead, slightly resembling that of Toodles. Its two black eyes have the edges of two more spots peeking out from under them. It has grey stitching over its ear, across its side, and vertically bisecting its face. It stands vertically.

Strategies

Dog Plush is amazing for distractors with 3-5 Movement Speed such as Brightney or Goob, as it allows them to much more easily outwalk Twisteds (Unless if Panic Mode is active). Do note, however, that Dog Plush alone doesn’t provide enough walk speed to consistently outpace all common Twisteds for Toons with 3-Star Movement Speed, meaning you will have to "Sprint Tap," a strategy where you press the sprint button and stop quickly after, trying to either walk in straight lines or cling to an island. This should give you the ability to regenerate stamina consistently as well.

Using this Trinket with a Toon like Sprout or Teagan can help with the tape scavenging, as it allows you to go faster, giving you an advantage. However, keep in mind that it's not as beneficial on Teagan; Sprout gains better distracting proficiency due to his 4 Movement Speed.

It also helps traverse the map easier, but it is not recommended for toons with under 3 of Movement speed such as Razzle & Dazzle (on even floors), Connie, and Shrimpo, toons with 1 star Movement Speed. The walk speed boost will be small for them because it only adds 1 to the walk speed of these Toons, making the purpose of using Dog Plush on them very useless and causes a Trinket slot to be wasted. If used with toons that have 2 star Movement Speed, there will be a speed boost, increasing their speed by 1.25, but it still is insignificant as you still cannot outwalk any twisteds. The Pink Bow + Speedy Shoes combo is better for slower Toons, as the Run Speed will help them escape chases.

• The total amount of Movement Speed given using this Trinket goes like this:
  • (10) -> 11
  • (12.5) -> 13.75 (Toons cannot even outwalk Twisted Finn)
  • (15) -> 16.5 (Toons can only outwalk Twisted Finn and Twisted Shrimpo)
  • (17.5) -> 19.25 (Toons can outwalk all twisteds slower than Twisted Toodles or Twisted Shelly)
  • (20) -> 22 (Toons can outwalk all twisteds slower than Twisted Bobette)
• Toodles is shown holding the Dog Plush in the poster for "Lights Out Investigation (Starring Rodger & Astro)."
• According to a dialogue with Connie, Toodles referred to the plush as a "She", thus confirming its gender as female.
