Dandy Plush is one of the 55 usable Trinkets found in Dandy's World and is one of the 40 Twisted Trinkets, added on June 14, 2024. It is obtained by achieving 100% Research on Twisted Dandy.

Appearance

Dandy Plush icon appears as a miniature version of Dandy, being most likely based on the plush seen in a poster and a decoration on some floors. Its stitching is unkempt, and it has a white tag behind it.

Strategies

The value of bringing this Trinket will decrease the farther you go, as normally Toons other than Sprout and Teagan will have ample tapes late-game. This is not optimal for long runs. Distractors get slightly more value out of it due to collecting less Tapes, but the opportunity cost is too high to consider using it.

This Trinket can be fairly useful on Sprout and Teagan as they spend tapes more quickly than other Toons. However, they don't really need it. Bassie also receives an advantage (especially during Event research runs) by equipping it, presenting the best use case, being able to buy Items other Toons could need.

All aside, Dandy Plush is best used when trying to complete 'purchase XX items from Dandy's Shop' Mastery quests. It will significantly improve your buying opportunities and speed things up quite a bit.

Unlike Fancy Purse, Dandy Plush is not a one-time use making it beneficial in the long term.

Trivia

• Dandy's dialogue after encountering Twisted Dandy might imply this trinket is a bribe to stay silent, as you can only obtain it after encountering him.
• Dandy Plush was based off a previous version of Twisted Dandy where his stomach was torn apart, which is why there is stitching on the plush's stomach/waist.
• It is currently the first and only Trinket in game to affect Dandy's Shop.
