Active	You can contact them and they will respond within 0-5 hours.
Semi-Active	You can try contacting them, but they would most likely take more than 6-10 hours to respond.
On break	They won't be here until the duration of their break is over.
Inactive	Contacting these staff is pointless as they won't respond in time for emergency actions such as vandalism.
