This article provides the necessary style guidelines to keep every page structure in the wiki the same. Users should try to follow the tips provided in this article and/or apply them to pages that does not follow them.

Page content

Language

Content in articles should be strictly English (specifically British English), changes of information to other languages will be considered vandalism.

Information

Information in articles should not include un-official sources or estimations. Any information which cannot be found in-game should be properly cited to avoid false information.
Do NOT add any leaks (Information that is not supposed to be made public), doing so will leave you with an indefinite block.
Make sure to keep information in official wiki pages solely related to Dandy’s World. Any information not related to Dandy’s World should and will get removed.
Information on all official pages should be readable.

References

Citation is generally appreciated when possible, give full source for any information in the wiki. (Screenshots are not recommended as they can be easily faked. Instead, provide a link to the source.)

Links & Icons

When implementing links or icons in an article, make sure it is only linked once per sub-heading. This resets on another sub-header.

You should not add an icon of the Toon/Twisted/etc if you are in their article. (ex. If you're on Boxten's page, do not add his Character Icon in any of his sections.)

In a Trivia section, you may use duplicate links. However, sub-bullet points should not include them.

Images/GIFs

  • Images and GIFs should be kept the same quality and size as it originally was when uploaded to the wiki.
    • For the exception of GIFs, they may differ slightly but not be too low quality or have too much noise.
  • You should not leave large empty spaces in an image, crop it so that the content fills up most of the file.
  • For screenshots, make sure that it is clear and visible and not too dark.
  • Make sure to have a proper and descriptive name for files used for official pages.
    • This also goes for file summaries too. If you don't have a proper summary, it will be blanked.

When adding images/GIFs to the gallery, do not add a '.' when labeling them. You also shouldn't be adding File: when editing gallery images in source mode as it isn't necessary and floods the source code.
