Blue Bandana is one of the 55 usable Trinkets found in Dandy's World and is one of the 40 Twisted Trinkets. It is obtained by achieving 100% Research on Twisted Boxten.

Appearance

Blue Bandana is a pastel blue neck bandana, resembling the one Boxten wears.

Strategy

Blue Bandana can be used on Toons with lower Extraction Speed and Skill Check Stats to provide a useful boost on finishing Machines. If you don't struggle with Skill Checks on Toons like Shrimpo, Cosmo, Bassie or Blot however, you may not need to use this and prefer to use Skill Check-boosting Trinkets instead. This Trinket will only save you a few seconds per Machine, so it's not usually a top pick.

While using Skill Check focused Trinkets like Magnifying Glass and Participation Award is much more recommended, if you struggle to hit the Skill Check, are laggy, or you're playing a Toon with a low Skill Check Size such as the aforementioned ones, the decreased Skill Check Chance provided by this Trinket may prove more useful to you, while also boosting Extraction Speed making it a win-win situation. Vee's Remote is usually a greater priority for those that have it, though.

You may also use this Trinket on a fast extractor with subpar Skill Check, like Flyte, Glisten, and even Yatta to speed up extraction even more for faster Floor progression. It can also be paired with Participation Award to counter the effects and have an increased Skill Check Chance of 45%.

Trivia

• Blue Bandana used to increase Skill Check Chance by 5%, but was changed after the v0.2.0 and was later given to Paint Bucket.
• This Trinket is useful for newcomers, considering its ease of obtainment, and that a Skill Check can sometimes prove tricky or dangerous for them.
• You may pair this with Machine Manual to receive an Extraction Speed boost of 12.9%.
