Blue Bandana should be used with Extractor Toons to provide a useful boost on finishing machines.
While using Skill Check focused Trinkets (like Magnifying Glass and Participation Award) is generally more recommended, if you struggle to hit Skill checks or you are playing a Toon with a low Skill check window, such as Shrimpo or Glisten, the decreased skill check chance provided by this Trinket may prove more useful to you.
