A whopping 10 years after the show’s controversy and subsequent cancellation, a large entertainment company has acquired the rights to the Dandy’s World Franchise. A reboot is currently in the works as well as plans for a new children’s museum to commemorate the revival of the series.

This news came as a shock to everyone that grew up alongside the show during it’s initial runtime, though nobody could have expected it less than the toons currently confined to the long-abandoned facility that was once home to the Gardenview Educational Center. While the threat of twisteds is behind them and they’re no longer isolated from the outside world, this new era of peace isn’t without its own issues. Between Dandy’s disappearance and the issues that arise from it as well as broken bonds between old friends, being back in the spotlight doesn’t exactly equate to everything being back to normal.

Wanted to do an interest check post for a longer and more serious idea I’ve had for a Roleplay for a while. OCs and human characters are welcome, though I’m currently unsure about crossover stuff since i’ve ran into issues with it in the past on the CRK wiki, though I’d like to hear other people’s input as well.

This post isn’t for the roleplay itself, moreso just to request pings/characters and possibly plan things out for the people that are interested :]

I’ve started using this combo a few weeks ago but I haven’t seen it a lot so I wanted to hear other people’s opinions on it 👁️👁️

As far as Lucky Coin goes, I think it works great on Yatta since she can benefit a pretty significant amount from any of the buffs. I feel like Speed, Extraction Speed, and Skill check are all self explanatory as they’re already a major part of her playstyle. Stealth may seem useless at first, but it can help with avoiding taking aggro from your distractor if they have 2 star stealth so you can stay out of each other’s way. The stamina buff is very minor, but having a free speedometer for that floor is still pretty nice imo. (I think it may also stack with the stamina boosting cards but I can’t remember 😭)

I thought Dog Plush was more reliable for a while as it helps her get to machines quicker + enables her to distract in emergencies if your distractor dies early, though between the Fondant Bag buff and your consistent stream of things like speed candies and Chocolate this shouldn’t be a major issue if you can manage your stamina well.

Considering Fondant Bag has essentially the same pool of items that it gives buffs to as the ones Yatta can drop, I think it’s a must-have if you play her. I had the issue of leaving behind candies that I saw as “useless” before because of their short duration or limited effect like gumballs and stamina candies, but the extra 4 seconds of having their buff can make a world of difference. I feel like it’s a lot more reasonable to pop a few gumballs after coming off a machine now as the potential speed boost and few seconds of extra extraction seems more worth taking advantage of. It also helps with making the already great extraction and speed candies even better by essentially doubling their duration. I’ve found myself able to get halfway across the map with the speed candy buff at times, which is super helpful for escaping and finding machines. It helps a lot with some of the longer lasting candies as well, I just don’t think they’re as worthy of going into detail about. If you use something else that you think fits your playstyle better as a Yatta main, lmk!! I like hearing other people’s thoughts.
