5. Twisted Shelly - She may be fast but she really doesn't have anything going for her other than that. Doing machines slower is only a mild inconvenience. She will still give the slow Toons a hard time though.
4. Twisted Astro - He may not be that fast but his ability is Atleast more significant than Shelly's. If you get into a long chase you will ultimately be left with no stamina and rendered a sitting duck. (Unless you're a fast toon)
3. Twisted Sprout - He can actually be quite a considerable threat if you're not careful, easily blocking off escape routes. Other than that, he's not too hard.
2. Twisted Vee - Not only is she dead silent aside from her footsteps, making it harder to decipher where she is from further away, her popups can also fuck up a skillcheck and alert her to you. Not to mention the fact she inflicts slowness on you mid chase, which can be a REAL pain depending on other twisteds that might be chasing you too. especially 1.
1. Twisted Pebble - It should come off as no surprise that Pebble would land in 1. For a main with no real gimmick, he makes up for it with insane stats, threatening even some of the faster Toons and being a complete nightmare for any toon with below 3 star movement speed.
