1- delilah one time drank 7 beers and ran over rudie with a forklift
2- arthur uses blot as ink when his ink runs out.
3-delilah if she wanted too could pull out a demon core out of her hair.
4- delilah is immune to radiation.
5- dandy can and is the only toon that can drink water
6- toodles sometimes hides in delilah's hair
7- arthur has a stick lodged in his hair and he cannot get rid of it(he had it since he was 6 years old)

Recently, i joined a normal run as flutter (I was a distractor). During a run, rodger left in floor 1 even yatta and cosmo left in floor 2. Other yatta died to looey in floor 7. Then, we got pebble on floor 11 and shelly in floor 12. Toodles died to poppy in floor 14. After that, i died to boxten in floor 17 blackout with astro being the last (He is cooked)
the dandys atic au is the opposite of the dandys basement au...so toodles would have a mountain of trauma in the dandys atic au

Recently, i joined normal run as toodles. Pebble is the distractor, but he died in floor 1. Cosmo died in floor 2 and boxten died in floor 4. Then, we got pebble blackout in floor 7. 1 people died (which is the other boxten) to him. In floor 8, brightney left and goob died to poppy in floor 13 blackout. Later, i died to cosmo in floor 15 because when i attempt to escape twisteds, i ran to cosmo

This game is severely unbalanced, therefore, we need to balance it!
I believe the best meta would be one where all regular toons are A tier and all main toons are A+ tier.
BUFFS
Poppy
Since Boxten is a starter extractor, it would make sense for Poppy to be a starter Distractor.
Suggested Buff -- Rework her ability: "Gain a passive 15% speed boost while being chased by a twisted"
Explanation: A 15% speed boost while distracting will bring Poppy's walk speed to 17.4, which is almost 4 star speed (17.5). This will make her a 4 star distractor with the added bonus of average extraction.
Scraps
Scrap's kit is very, very bad. Lower than average movement and lower than average extraction really brings this character down. She can't extract or distract well, which is why she should be made a support character instead.
Suggested Buff -- Buff her ability: "When pulling herself to another toon, give both her and the other toon 30 stamina. When pulling herself to a mahine, fill the machine up by 25%."
Explanation: This will make Scraps be able to Grapple from machine to machine, and adding ichor to each one while staying mobile. Also, she will be able to help toon's out of stamina as well.
Eggson
Eggson is another weak toon with no real uses, as their stats are evenly spread out. His ability seems to be very weak with no actual use.
Suggested Buff -- Buff his ability from giving 10% completion to giving 25% completion.
Toodles
With average speed and lower than average extraction, Toodles can only be viable for doing risky machines that require being near the distractor.
Suggested Buff -- Buff her ability from giving a 15% random boost to a 50% random boost.
This would make Toodles overall better.
Rodger
Rodger is a good extractor with the only downside being that his ability does not have any team-helping capabilities.
Suggested buff -- Make his passive also give him a passive 3% higher skill check chance for each capsule picked up on the current floor
Explanation: This would make his extraction even better, while encouraging players to pick up capsules with research.
NERFS
Pebble
Pebble is the best toon in the entire game, with the best speed and distracting capabilities. His stats are so insane, they definitely need a nerf.
Suggested nerfs -- Take one star from Stamina and give it to Skill Check. Also, decrease duration of Speak! ability by 50%.
Explanation: This will nerf Pebble's distracting power, while also making his ability less viable when you are near a lower-stealth toon.
Shelly
Shelly is of course the best extractor. Having multiple of Shelly can let you speed run through floors in seconds. This is why her extraction needs a nerf.
Suggested nerf -- Increase cooldown of Inspiration ability from 60 to 85 seconds.
Explanation: This will nerf Shelly's greatest power; her insane ability, which almost doubles extraction speed. However, she will stay a good character.
Sproot
Sprout is the best healer in in the game, only needing tapes to give out heals.
Suggested nerfs -- Increase ability cooldown from 100 seconds to 135 seconds. Also, increase how much tapes the ability costs. It will still cost 100 tapes minimum, but if 30% of your total tapes, is more than 100 tapes, it will cost that much.
Example: If you have 100 tapes, the ability will cost 100 tapes. If you have 300 tapes, the ability will still cost 100 tapes. if you have 700 tapes, then the ability will cost 30% of your total tapes, which is 210 tapes.
